What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt or order confirmation. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team or visit your order portal to request a return authorization. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.

How do I exchange an item?

Exchanges are also available within 14 days of purchase. Ensure the item is unused, tagged, and in its original condition. Contact us to check stock availability for your desired replacement. If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference; if lower, we’ll refund the balance. Exchanges may take 5–7 business days to process after we receive your original item.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and bank processing times may add 2–7 additional business days before the refund appears in your account.

Are there any non-returnable items?

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (e.g., personalized items, perishables, or intimate apparel) cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale/clearance items are final unless defective. Please review product descriptions carefully or contact us before purchasing if unsure about eligibility.
